We have been customers at Mike Morin's 15 years. They are completely honest and reliable, and always fix our vehicles right the first time. They never, never push you to make repairs you don't want / need, and they are always accurate in their assessments of what's wrong and what your options are. Most importantly, my wife -- who knows not much about cars -- feels completely comfortable dealing with Morin's staff, especially Mike & Wendy at the front desk who know everything about vehicles but understand that you may not. I can't tell you how many times they have helped us out of a jam, whether through a shuttle ride to work, tracking down a hard-to-find part, getting us in on short notice in an emergency, or whatever. We started taking our vehicles to Morin's a few years ago and we haven't looked back yet. Excellent service, easy to talk to, costs are never prohibitive. Mike and the staff are among the best and you always feel like they're being honest with you. They've saved us money many times and are always accommodating the few times we've needed shuttle service. There is a reason why they're consistently voted the best auto service in the Lewiston/Auburn area. The road they're on is a little busy at times, but I've never had to wait more than 20 seconds to pull out. And it's definitely not in a bad part of town, in fact, it's one of the better parts of town in my estimation.

My wife and I have been going to Mike Morin's auto for over 5 + years and we won't go to anybody else, no surprises, very decent prices, very courteous if you want a decent honest place to have your car fixed this is the place.
